Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the internal tooling ("the Service") used by the Skeptic Wise channel to manage its own presence on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. The Service is operated by and for the account owner. It is not offered to the public and has no third-party users.

2. Use of platform APIs

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of the Service is also subject to the YouTube API Services Developer Policies and the Google Privacy Policy.

The Service also uses TikTok's Content Posting API and is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service.

The Service also uses the Instagram Platform API and is subject to the Meta Platform Terms and the Instagram Terms of Use.

3. Permitted use

The Service is used only to:

  • read statistics and metadata of our own videos and posts;
  • upload and publish our own videos and images to our own accounts;
  • read and reply to comments on our own videos.

It is not used to access, modify, or delete content belonging to other accounts.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is an internal tool and no availability or fitness guarantee is made.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
